■Au Japon, l’extrême-droite et la police vont de pair.
A l’occasion d’un entretien avec un entretien avec un ancien cadre de l’armée d’auto-défense japonaise (Jieitai), Toshio TAMOGAMI (Voir cette vidéo : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dVZXLXzrLKg), donné au sanctuaire Yasukuni (Tokyo) qui est connu comme ‘le temple de la guerre’ à l’étranger, et organisé par une chaîne de télé payante de l’extrême-droite ‘Channel Sakura’, il s’est passé quelque chose de grave et surprenant. Voici ce qui s’est passé.
Après ce discours de Tamogami, un Canadien s’est adressé calmement aux organisateurs de ce discours, en leur faisant remarquer que ce genre de discours irait à l’encontre de la loi anti-nazi si c’était en Allemagne par exemple.
Les organisateurs de l’extrême-droite n’ont pas caché leur colère à l’égard de cette remarque et ils lui ont adressé des mots violents. Ce Canadien, en comprenant qu’il n’était pas possible de faire une conversation raisonnable avec ces gens-là, a voulu partir, sans être agressif lui-même.
Cependant, ces activistes de l’extrême-droite l’ont empêché de partir, en saisissant son sac à dos, pour le retenir. Pendant ce temps-là, des policiers japonais sont arrivés. Ce Canadien a voulu partir calmement mais ces policiers et ces activistes de l’extrême-droite l’ont suivi obstinément. Au bout de quelques minutes, de plus en plus de policiers sont arrivés, ils l’ont entouré et ils ont fini par l’emmener à la police. Il paraît que l’interrogatoire à la police a duré plus de 2 heures et que la police a fini par lui faire jurer par écrit qu’il ne devrait pas empêcher ces activistes-là (qui sont de l’extrême-droite) de se consacrer à leurs activités.
En fait, tout cela a été filmé par ces activistes de l’extrême-droite eux-mêmes et a été uploadé sur Youtube par eux-mêmes. Ce qui est plus intéressant, c’est qu’après que certains internautes les ont critiqués, ils ont coupé une séquence de cette vidéo où ils avaient lancé des propos violents à ce Canadien et ils l’ont uploadée de nouveau. ■In Japan, the radical right activists and the police act together.
On the occasion of a interview with an ex-executive officer of the JSDF (Jieitai), Toshio TAMOGAMI (See this video : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dVZXLXzrLKg), in the Yasukuni sanctuary (Tokyo) that is known as ‘the war shrine’ in foreign countries, organized by a radical right pay-TV station, Channel Sakura, a grave and surprising event happened.
After Tamogami’s speech, a Canadian man talked calmly to the organizers of this speech conference, saying that this kind of speech could be against the anti-nazi law if it were in Germany for example. The radical right organizers did not hide their anger towards this comment and they pronounced violent words to this Canadian man. He understood that it was not possible to discuss reasonably with these radical right activists and he tried to leave, without being aggressive himself.
But these radical right people prevented him to leave, grabbing his rucksack, to retain him. During this time, some policemen arrived. This Canadian man wanted to leave calmly but the policemen and these radical right activists followed him persistently. Within some minutes, more and more policemen arrived and they surrounded him. Finally, they took him to the police. It is said that this interrogation with this Canadian man in the police lasted over two hours and that the police made him declare in writing that he would not prevent these people (the radical right activists) to devote themselves to their activities.
In fact, all this event was filmed by these radical right activists themselves and uploaded on Youtube by themselves. What is more interesting is that after some internet users criticized these radical right people on internet, they cut a sequence of this video in which they had addressed him violent words and that they uploaded it anew. ■極右と警察が一緒に動く日本
極右の有料テレビ、チャンネル桜の主催で、海外では戦争神社として知られる靖国神社（東京）で行われた元自衛隊幹部の田母神俊雄との「インタビュー」（このビデオ参照： http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dVZXLXzrLKg）の機会に、重大で驚くべき事件が発生しました。
田母神氏の話の後、一人のカナダ人がこの主催者に静かに話しかけ、このようなスピーチは、たとえばドイツだったら反ナチ法違反であると指摘しました。この指摘に怒りを隠さなかった極右の主催者は暴力的な言葉を彼に浴びせました。このカナダ人は、この人たちとの理性的な話し合いは不可能であると理解し、彼自身攻撃的になることなくその場を立ち去ろうとしました。
しかし、その極右の人々は彼が立ち去るのを邪魔して、リュックサックをつかむなどして引き留めました。そうするうちに日本の警官がやってきました。このカナダ人は静かに立ち去ろうとしましたが、警官と極右はしつこく彼の後をついてきました。数分でだんだんと多くの警官が加わり、彼を取り囲み、最終的に警察に連行しました。警察での尋問は2時間以上続き、しまいには警察はそれらの人々（極右活動家）の活動を妨げないことを誓約する書面を作らせたそうです。
実は、これらのいきさつすべてはこれらの極右の人々によって撮影され、ユーチューブに彼ら自身によってアップロードされたものです。（このビデオ参照： http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zwyB4p8f0Uo）たとえば、警察での尋問についての説明はそのビデオの字幕の一部から取ったものです。さらに興味深いのは、何人かのインターネットユーザーがこの極右たちを批判すると、彼らはこのカナダ人に暴力的な言葉を浴びせるシーンをビデオからカットして再びアップロードしたことです。（このビデオ参照： http://www.youtube.com/user/SakuraSoTV#play/uploads/3/b2t3LgYMQxw）
